Our on-site testing equipment allows us to perform pressure testing services for our clients who prefer to oversee the final testing process at their own facility.

We can work with you to carry out appropriate risk assessments surrounding the defined work scope prior to the submission of appropriate documentation.

The migration and setup of all necessary equipment at site is completed before deployment of skilled test technicians to perform the desired test sequence. This end-to-end process is fully controlled and project managed by Tyne Pressure Testing to ensure the same level of knowledge, service and support is available throughout the execution of the test programme, in the same way as if it was conducted at our site.

This service is often preferred by clients with high volume componentry fabricated or manufactured at their premises, where hydrostatic or gas testing is a mandatory requirement. Mobilising the Tyne Pressure Testing services to site facilitates ease of end user witnessing activities, rather than the production process taking place at multiple sites.

Various equipment including a transportable container housing a pump, booster and data loggers enable on-site testing over several months to work around the clients schedule.

Our team of highly skilled test engineers are experienced in completing on-site testing for a range of clients. Clients have the opportunity to select our beginning to end, fully project managed testing service or can independently hire the test equipment.
