Not sure what you're looking for?
Call us on +44 (0) 191 209 7490 to speak to one of our experts.
Our on-site testing equipment allows us to perform pressure testing services for our clients who prefer to oversee the final testing process at their own facility.
We can work with you to carry out appropriate risk assessments surrounding the defined work scope prior to the submission of appropriate documentation.
The migration and setup of all necessary equipment at site is completed before deployment of skilled test technicians to perform the desired test sequence. This end-to-end process is fully controlled and project managed by Tyne Pressure Testing to ensure the same level of knowledge, service and support is available throughout the execution of the test programme, in the same way as if it was conducted at our site.
This service is often preferred by clients with high volume componentry fabricated or manufactured at their premises, where hydrostatic or gas testing is a mandatory requirement. Mobilising the Tyne Pressure Testing services to site facilitates ease of end user witnessing activities, rather than the production process taking place at multiple sites.
Various equipment including a transportable container housing a pump, booster and data loggers enable on-site testing over several months to work around the clients schedule.
Our team of highly skilled test engineers are experienced in completing on-site testing for a range of clients. Clients have the opportunity to select our beginning to end, fully project managed testing service or can independently hire the test equipment.
Sectors requiring on-site testing:
- Civil nuclear – pipework
- Oil and gas – pipework and valves
- Petrochemical – pipework and valves
- Industrial – heat exchangers
If on-site testing is something that you are interested in please contact one of our experts to discuss your requirements.
Do you provide on-site testing?
Yes! Not only can we test your product at our facility, we can come to you. We work closely with our clients to ensure they can test their product at their facility with the appropriate documentation, set up and deployment of skilled test technicians.
What are the benefits of on-site testing?
The benefits of on-site testing is when a product is too big for transport or can’t physically be removed from a facility. This service is often preferred by clients when hydro-gas testing is a mandatory requirement.
Why choose us?
Opt for either an all-encompassing, fully project managed testing service provided by our experts and in-house engineering team, or, hire our pressure testing facilities to conduct independent testing.
Our clients travel across the globe to utilise our pressure testing services and hyperbaric testing equipment. We will aim to support your connectivity to provide a comfortable working environment whilst you oversee product testing.
Whilst your product is undergoing the testing process, take advantage of our dedicated client offices, break-out area, Wi-Fi and conferencing facilities. If a client representative cannot travel to our facility, they can remotely log onto our IT system to stream live test data and video footage of their component being tested.
Reduced Lead Times
Working to a tight timescale? We can conduct 24 hour testing at our facility, subject to availability. Clients also have the option to complete testing in multiple chambers.
Our largest chamber, hyperbaric chamber TPT 5, is equipped with automated controls and an interactive system to improve efficiency and reduce loading times meaning this chamber can fill, load and pressurise in just 90 minutes!
As standard, our clients receive full documentation and product certification after the testing is completed.
The majority of our hyperbaric chambers are fitted with subsea cameras and this video footage can be shared upon request.
