Tyne Pressure Testing is an established petrochemical pressure testing facility.

We are committed to work with the petrochemical industry to provide hydrostatic pressure testing or nitrogen pressure testing to comply with API standards on components including; piping assemblies, manifolds, valves and pressure vessels in our dedicated testing bays, reaching pressures up to 3,450 Bar/50,000 psi.

We can perform nitrogen pressure testing on components up to 2,000 Bar/29,000 psi and have the capability to pressure test components at temperatures between -160oC and 300oC.

If a client representative is required to be present during the testing procedure, our break out areas offer space to work whilst the product or component is being tested. Alternatively, if a client representative cannot travel to our facility, they can remotely log onto our IT system to stream live test data and video footage of their component being tested.

If you require petrochemical pressure testing in one of our environmental bays, speak to a member of our team.
