Tyne Pressure Testing is an established oil and gas pressure testing facility. We work with clients in the oil and gas sector to provide pressure testing on products including valves, electrical connectors, buoyancy modules and flexible pipeline samples.

We regularly carry out hydrostatic and nitrogen gas pressure testing of components to comply with API or ANSI standards. Leak testing using nitrogen or helium gas is conducted in our environmental testing bays.

If a client representative is required to be present during the testing procedure, our break out areas offer space to work whilst the product or component is being tested. If a client representative cannot travel to our facility, they can remotely log onto our IT system to stream live test data and video footage of their component being tested.

We work with clients in the oil and gas sector to test components including; valves, actuators, pods, cables, electrical connectors, pipe samples, pigging equipment, hydraulic cylinders, subsea harnesses/electrical jumpers, flanges, flexible pipeline samples, buoyancy modules, ball valves, subsea harnesses, umbilical, risers, electrical enclosure and saturation diver watches.
